Delivery Policy for Digital Products
Full payment for digital products must be completed through our secure online payment system prior to delivery. Once payment is successfully processed, customers will receive an email confirmation of their purchase.

If you experience any issues accessing or receiving your digital product at any time, please contact BIOptimizers Support via the email address or phone number listed on our website.

We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal only. Offline payment methods, including personal checks, money orders, or cash, are not accepted.

Shipping Policy for Physical Products

Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has shipped, a follow-up email containing your tracking number will be sent so you can monitor your shipment until it arrives.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours.

United States: Delivery usually occurs within 5 business days
International Orders: Delivery may take up to 3 weeks, depending on the destination

If you need to confirm a specific delivery date, please contact us at least 10 business days in advance.

International Shipping
International orders are generally shipped via FedEx International Economy and then handed over to a local carrier in the destination country. Please allow up to 3 weeks for international delivery.

International customers may contact distribution@bioptimizers.com to inquire about approved wholesalers in their region.

Please note: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to international orders. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer, not BIOptimizers.

Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout.

Missed or Returned Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please follow the redelivery instructions provided by the carrier or use your tracking number to arrange pickup or redelivery.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we will notify you by email upon receipt. At that point, you may choose to have the item re-shipped or cancel the order.

If a refund is requested for an undeliverable order caused by customer error, outbound shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Delays in Shipping or Delivery
While most orders ship within the stated timeframe, occasional delays of 1–2 business days may occur during high-volume sales periods, weekends, or public holidays.

Additional delays may also result from carrier issues, customs inspections, or border processing for international shipments. These circumstances are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding.
