BIOptimizers accepts returns of unopened product bottles within 365 days from the date of purchase.
If multiple bottles were purchased, customers must return all unopened bottles except one in order to qualify for a full refund of the product purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees). This policy applies to both subscription and one-time purchases.
The first bottle from the first purchase of any product is considered a trial bottle. If a product has been reformulated or released as a new version (for example, MassZymes 1.0 versus MassZymes 3.0), it will be treated as a separate product. Any returns involving used bottles beyond the initial trial may be eligible for a prorated refund only.

All products are backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. To request a refund, customers must contact our support team within 365 days of the original order date to receive a Return Mailing Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

A full refund of the product purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be issued for eligible unopened products returned with an approved RMA.
RMAs are available only for returns originating from the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Authorized Purchases
Because we cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from BIOptimizers or from authorized retailers.
International Returns
International returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense using a trackable shipping method. If the return is the result of a company error, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Abuse of Guarantee
BIOptimizers USA Inc. reserves the right to refuse a refund if there is reasonable suspicion that a customer has previously abused or repeatedly taken advantage of the satisfaction guarantee.
Limitation of Liability & Acceptance of Terms
Issuing a refund in accordance with this policy constitutes the full and complete liability of BIOptimizers USA Inc. to the customer.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that the 365-day refund period is reasonable and agree to evaluate the product during this timeframe. You further agree to determine whether the product meets your expectations within this period.
Failure to notify BIOptimizers USA Inc. of a refund request within the refund period will be considered full acceptance of the sale, and no further refunds or claims will be permitted.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Customers residing in countries that require customs duties, VAT, or import taxes acknowledge that they are solely responsible for these charges unless they are collected at checkout by BIOptimizers USA Inc.
If customs duties or VAT are charged to BIOptimizers USA Inc. by a courier or freight provider due to refusal or non-payment at delivery, you authorize BIOptimizers USA Inc. to charge your payment method for these fees or for any costs associated with the return of goods.
