Refund Policy: Products purchased directly from BIOptimizers or authorized retailers come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We cannot guarantee products from unauthorized distributors. To request a refund, contact our help desk at +1 (800) 719-2467 (Mon-Fri, 10 AM – 8 PM EST) or support@bioptimizers.com within 365 days of the original order date. You will receive a 100% refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) and a Return Mailing Authorization (RMA) number. RMAs are available only for customers in the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to exploit any portion of the Service or website without our express written permission. Headings in this agreement are for convenience only and do not limit these Terms.

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms by notifying us or ceasing to use the site. We may terminate this agreement without notice if you fail to comply with any term.
SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements.
SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada, USA.

BIOptimizers Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT: PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY INCLUDE MANDATORY ARBITRATION, CLASS ACTION WAIVERS, AND JURY TRIAL WAIVERS.
The BIOptimizers Loyalty Program (the “Program”) is operated by BIOptimizers USA, Inc. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your membership. We may update these T&C at any time; updates will be posted at https://finemagtotal.pro/tc/. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.
1. Eligibility:
The Program is open to BIOptimizers customers residing in the USA who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority). Membership is limited to one account per individual.
2. Enrollment:
Enrollment is available at www.bioptimizers.com. You must provide your name and email. No purchase is necessary to join. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Communications:
By enrolling, you consent to receive transactional emails. You may opt out of marketing emails but not transactional messages regarding the Program.
4. Offers:
Members may receive discounts, extra BIObucks, and other promotions, subject to specific terms and exclusions.
5. Earning BIObucks:
- Subscription Purchases: Earn 1.5% in BIObucks.
- One-Time Purchases: Earn 1% in BIObucks.
- Referrals: Earn 15 BIObucks for referring a new customer subscription, or 10 BIObucks for a one-time purchase. New customers must not have purchased since Jan 1, 2023. Self-referrals are prohibited.
- BIObucks are credited approximately 48 hours after shipment. BIOptimizers reserves the right to cap or revoke BIObucks.
6. Expiration & Non-Transferability:
BIObucks may be forfeited upon product return. All BIObucks are forfeited if membership is terminated. BIObucks have no cash value and are non-transferable.
7. Usage:
BIObucks can only be used at www.bioptimizers.com during checkout. They cannot be used at third-party retailers.
8. No Resale:
Products obtained through the Program are for personal use only and may not be resold. Resale activity may result in termination and forfeiture of BIObucks.
9. Cancellation:
You may cancel your membership by contacting Customer Support. Cancellation results in the forfeiture of all accumulated BIObucks.
10. Changes & Termination:
BIOptimizers may modify or terminate the Program at any time. Abuse of the Program may result in disqualification and legal action.
11. Legal Terms:
- Limitation of Liability: Liability is limited to $50 USD or the value of used BIObucks, whichever is greater.
- Governing Law: Nevada State Law.
- Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with Nevada law. Class actions are prohibited.

OPEN TO US RESIDENTS 18+ ONLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Contest Period: April 15, 2025 (12:00 AM EST) to May 15, 2025 (11:59 PM EST).
Eligibility:
Open to legal US residents (50 states + DC), 18+, who are members of the BIOptimizers Loyalty Program. Employees and their families are ineligible.
How to Enter:
Share your unique Referral Link found in your account. A “Successful Referral” is a purchase made by a “New Customer” (someone who hasn’t purchased since Jan 1, 2023) using your link during the Contest Period.
Minimum Referral Thresholds:
To qualify for a prize, you must meet the minimum referral count for that position:

Rules:

Disputes:
All disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration (JAMS) in Nevada. Class actions are waived.
